Keep Sunday moving.
Start with the checks below. If the problem continues, send the details from your device and we’ll respond as soon as we can.
Stage checks
The click is silent or unexpectedly quiet
Check the Click Volume in Worship Drummer Settings and your device volume. The app plays regardless of the Silent switch, but the app-specific click volume can still be reduced. If you use an audio interface, confirm its output level and routing.
My headphones or audio interface disconnected
Worship Drummer stops playback immediately when an output route disconnects, preventing the click from jumping to the phone speaker. Reconnect the output, confirm the route, then press Start again.
Playback stopped after a call or Siri
This is intentional. After an interruption, Worship Drummer remains stopped until you explicitly resume playback. Return to Stage and press Start.
Why can’t I browse the catalogue offline?
Refreshing catalogue content requires a network connection. Songs already imported into My Songs or a set list—and the click itself—remain available offline.
A tempo differs from the recording we use
Check that you selected the matching artist and arrangement. You can adjust a set-list entry for rehearsal without changing the library original. Please report incorrect catalogue data with the title, artist, album, and recording link.
How do I edit or delete local songs and set lists?
Open Library or Set Lists and use the row’s Edit action. Deleting a song used in a set list shows a warning; confirmed deletion preserves self-contained copies in affected sets.
Catalogue corrections
Report the exact arrangement.
For a missing or incorrect song, include title, artist, album or recording, the BPM and meter you expect, and a public source link when available. Every candidate is reviewed before publication.
